It's so hard for me to hock and spit it up ๐คฏ I'm trying to get off all that nasty loogies and phlegm but it's so tough to spit all that out so it makes me gaggaing and coughing so bad that I almost throw up! ๐คข OMG you can't even imagine how sick I feel. Fortunately I ridd off all tha nasty phlegm and loogies and I made a very big loogie puddle on the ground.
